2.1 Agreement to These Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using Fast Track Piano, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Refund Policy, and the applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the course.
2.2 Eligibility and Minors
Fast Track Piano is available to adults and to minors whose parent or legal guardian purchases or authorizes the purchase of the course for that minor. A parent or guardian who purchases for a minor is responsible for the account, payment, and the minor’s use of the course. Accounts for children under 13 should be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
2.3 One Purchase, One Student
Each purchase licenses Fast Track Piano to one individual student only. Account credentials may not be shared. A spouse, child, family member, friend, student, client, or other person who wants to use the course must have their own purchased or separately authorized access unless Player One Music Studio LLC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
2.4 Personal-Use License
Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access Fast Track Piano for your own learning. The course and its materials are not sold to you as intellectual property; ownership of the course content remains with Player One Music Studio LLC and/or the applicable rights holders.
- You may watch the course videos for your own study.
- You may download and print course materials for your own personal use.
- You may not copy, distribute, upload, resell, sublicense, publish, share, or commercially exploit course videos or materials.
- Teachers may not reproduce, distribute, display, or use Fast Track Piano materials with their own students under an individual purchase.
- You may not create a competing course, handout collection, lesson library, or derivative commercial product from Fast Track Piano materials.
2.5 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Contact admin@playeronemusicstudio.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
2.6 Payment and Access
Fast Track Piano is sold for a one-time payment at the price displayed at checkout. Payment is processed through Stripe or another payment processor identified at checkout. Successful payment activates course access on the associated account. Failed, canceled, reversed, or refunded payments may result in access being withheld or revoked as described in these terms and the Refund Policy.
2.7 Course Progress and Quizzes
Fast Track Piano may track lesson completion, quiz attempts, quiz scores, module progress, and related course activity in order to provide progression, course unlocking, and administrative support. Current quiz rules may include an 80% passing score and unlimited attempts. Course structure and assessment details may be updated over time.
2.8 Lifetime Access
“Lifetime access” means access for as long as Fast Track Piano continues to be offered and supported by Player One Music Studio LLC. It does not guarantee that the course, website, platform, hosting provider, payment provider, video provider, file format, or every individual feature will remain unchanged or available forever. We may update, replace, reorganize, migrate, or discontinue parts of the course as reasonably necessary. If Fast Track Piano is permanently discontinued, lifetime access does not require Player One Music Studio LLC to operate the course indefinitely.
2.9 Course Updates
Purchasers receive access to future updates that Player One Music Studio LLC chooses to make to the Fast Track Piano course while their access remains active. This does not promise any particular number, frequency, or type of future update.
2.10 Educational Nature; No Guaranteed Result
Fast Track Piano is an educational product. Progress depends on the student’s practice, experience, goals, and other factors. Purchasing the course does not guarantee a particular level of musical skill, performance result, audition result, employment result, or other outcome.
2.11 Support
Technical, account, and course-material questions are welcome at admin@playeronemusicstudio.com. Purchase of Fast Track Piano does not include individualized private instruction, personal coaching, custom repertoire planning, live lessons, or guaranteed response times unless separately purchased or expressly offered.
2.12 Third-Party Services
Fast Track Piano may rely on third-party services such as WordPress, Stripe, Vimeo, email delivery providers, web hosting providers, and other tools. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Player One Music Studio LLC is not responsible for outages or changes caused solely by third-party providers, although we will make reasonable efforts to maintain course access.
2.13 Suspension or Termination for Misuse
Player One Music Studio LLC may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized account sharing, attempted circumvention of access controls, unlawful use, infringement, redistribution of course materials, or other material violations of these Terms. When practical, we may contact the account holder before permanent termination.
2.14 Intellectual Property
Fast Track Piano, including its original videos, written materials, graphics, diagrams, lesson organization, branding, and downloadable resources, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to the purchaser.
2.15 Availability and Changes
We may make reasonable changes to course content, layout, lesson order, quizzes, technical requirements, account systems, or delivery methods. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, repairs, or provider outages. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access and preserve legitimately purchased course rights.
2.16 Disclaimer and Limitation
Fast Track Piano is provided as an educational service on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Player One Music Studio LLC does not make guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
2.17 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived in the consumer’s jurisdiction.
2.18 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the course, business practices, technology, or legal requirements. Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law. The version posted with the course will identify its effective date.
2.19 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
